Feature

Define a facet once, use it on every board.

A pattern is a facet you have promoted out of a single board so it can be attached to many. Add a value to it — a new status, a new priority band — and every board using it picks the change up. It is the difference between eleven boards that agree because someone maintains them and eleven boards that agree because they are reading the same definition.

Update once, everywhere.

Reuse a facet across boards as a Pattern. Add or rename a value once and every connected board picks it up — no copy-paste, no drift.

Promote, attach, edit once

Any facet on any board can be promoted. Once it is a pattern, attaching it to another board takes a click, and editing it anywhere edits it everywhere. Reduce it back to a single board and it becomes an ordinary facet again, with its values intact.

Two scopes: yours, and the team’s

A personal pattern belongs to you and follows you across your own boards. A space pattern belongs to the space and is shared with everyone in it — which is what makes a shared vocabulary possible without a naming convention nobody follows.

Changes propagate, and are recorded

A change to an attached pattern shows up in the change history of every board using it, attributed to whoever made it. Nobody has to guess why the columns changed overnight.

What each plan gets

Personal patterns are a Pro feature. Shared team patterns are a Team one. The ordinary facets on a single board are free on every plan, including Free — patterns are about reuse across boards, not about access to the feature.

Try it on a real board

Free for five boards per space. No credit card, and your data exports on day one.

Frequently Asked Questions

A facet belongs to one board. A pattern is a facet that has been promoted so it can be attached to many, and edited in one place.

On the Team plan, yes — space-scoped patterns are shared with everyone in the space. Pro gives you personal patterns across your own boards.

The board keeps its own copy of the facet and its values, and stops receiving changes. Nothing is deleted, and no card loses its assignment.
