Feature

Work together, and keep the receipts.

On Pro and Team, changes stream live to everyone with the board open — including writes your agents make through the API. Team adds presence: who else is here, and the card a teammate is moving travelling under their cursor. Every plan, including Free, gets rich-text comments on cards and an append-only history of who changed what, from which interface.

Work together, and keep the receipts.

See who is viewing, editing and dragging, live. Discuss on the card itself, and read back an append-only history of every change — including the ones your agents made.

Live collaboration and updates

Cards, facets, values and assignments propagate to every open viewer as they change, with no reload and no polling. Because agent writes go through the same API the browser does, an agent working on your board is something you watch happen rather than discover afterwards.

Team member presence

Avatars for who else has the board open, and the card a teammate is moving shown travelling under their cursor in real time. This is the Team-plan addition; live sync itself is on Pro and Team.

Comments on the card, not around it

Rich-text comments live on the card itself, so the conversation sits next to the work rather than in a thread somewhere else. One chronological list per card — replies are not nested. Available on every plan.

A history nobody can edit

Every change is appended to a ledger with who made it, when, and from which interface — the browser, the REST API, MCP or the AI bar. Nothing can rewrite it, including us, and deleted cards restore in one click. Thirty days on Free, a year on Pro, unlimited on Team.

Try it on a real board

Free for five boards per space. No credit card, and your data exports on day one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Live sync is on Pro and Team. Team adds presence — who else is on the board and the card they are moving. Comments and change history are on every plan, including Free.

Yes. Agents write through the same REST API the browser uses, so their changes stream to open boards exactly like a person’s — and are tagged in the history as coming from MCP or the API.

Yes. Card deletion is a soft delete: the card, its comments, its dates and its facet assignments stay attached, and one click in the activity panel restores it.
